3 year anniversary!

11th December 2008 marks our 3 yr anniversary. Yippie.... though we din really celebrate, i feel very blessed and still as happy. The feeling is still very much the same as 3 yrs ago with the extra feeling of being married for 20 over yrs. Hahaha.... Yup "lao fu lao qi". Alot of you guys have been asking me when i'm getting married. Here's my answer.... i'm not ready!!hahaha... not tat i dun love baby enuff to marry him:

Here's my case:
1) I'm not financially stable - currently in rehab trying to quit shopping. Heee...
2) Career - wanna build up a successful career 1st
3) No kids @ the meantime - obviously no $$(refer to point 1) and not time and scared of pain
and lastly the most important factor:
4) I'm YOUNG!! - come on, i'm only 23yrs old, forever young is my moto.

Yup, so guys.... not tat fast. Give us another few yrs before asking again. Or perhaps, dun ask, we will announce when everything is settled ya. Hee.... Ok here comes all the pictures... with no explanations. Lazy to do a write up - the main point is, u can see we r really HAPPY. Yeah...

A confession of a shopaholic

Gosh.... i've been spending alot and i really mean ALOT!! I just can't stop.... its really like some drug addict. I've been tryin to cut down but haiz.... with this bad economy, how can i just sit there and not help to boost the market rite? Wahahaha... ok, i know its all bull shit. I've got to really cut down on my spending else i'll be broke real soon.

On a happy note.... below are some of the stuff tat i've conquered during the past 1 week... i dun dare even dare to show u guys wad i've conquered for the last 1 mth as i guess it may take up 2 entries long. Hee....

Recently i'm really into online shopping.... tracking every single collection from different blogshop. And i've come to realise tat somehow all these blogshops are gettin stuff fr similar supplier. So now, it jus abt price competition.... checkin hw much the similar stuff is sold on each blogshop. After much comparison, i tot i've gotten a gd deal for a skirt tat i've bgt recently.... unfortunately, i found another blogshop the very next day to see the skirt i bgt slashed at half the price. Wah.... really damned DUI!! I've so far bgt 1 top, 1 set of clothes (top plus bottom), a dress and a bag. The top i've bgt does differ in quality fr the webbie when i received it and most of all.... i'm utterly disappointed with a bag i bought in a blogshop known as myevilwink. When i received the bag.... it was not in its best condition, which simply means 2nd hand. And when i emailed the seller, she simply said tat she stated in the website tat it was a 2nd hand product which i simply din c anythin as such b4!! If i would have known.... i wouldn't even buy it!! Super PISS!! Nonetheless, i'm happy with the overall purchases i've gotten from the webbie... especially the Miu Miu inspired satin dress... Simply look gorgeous.. C below. The other 2 dresses which i bgt in TPY at a closing down sale. They look extremely nice lo..... shall take some pics when i wear them. WOOO.....

The next rave i was in was.... BB CREAM!! Yesh, maybe i was abit slow to know abt this thing BUT.... at least i knew it once Watson n Guardian brought it in! I heard all about those Korean star, Taiwan Nu Ren Wo Zui Da and even forums discussing about it. As a beauty addict, how could i not lay my hands on one of these BB Creams? Hahaha.... So i've gotten myself 1 of the BBCream which is called "About U" and another one which is highly recommended by Zoe was the BRTC Gold Caviar BB Cream. I'm currently using About U which i think no one has actually heard of this brand before coz i can't find it on the web. It is selling in Pink Beauty at about $38.90 if i'm not wrong. The texture is smooth, not thick, has good coverage, medium oil control and one last thing tat i wanna mention tat i loved abt this BB Cream is tat.... it smells GREAT!! I love the smell of it when i apply, makes u wanna squeeze out more of it and apply all over yr skin. The downside of this pdt would most probably be tat... it does not really whitens yr skin or reduces blemish, it simply mask it only. Perhaps i haven't tried long enuff to see the effect, nonetheless. i would still recommend this pdt for those who do not want to splurge to much for the 1st try. I mean, its still BBCream and its oso from Korea - it suits my complicated skin type which is combination sensitive. What else can go worse den tat? At least its not too oily for me at the end of the day like wad ZA foundation does.

And as for the BRTC one which i jus bgt and cost a freaking $55, i really pray hard it is as wad Zoe and this forum says http://shirleysphotojournal.wordpress.com/2008/07/31/bb-cream-review/ - simply the BEST BB CREAM. Gonna open up and try.... will give u guys the verdict on a later date.

For the past few months... i can feel my skin is slowly evolving and its becoming drier day by day. My body hasn't been able to retain much water and i've been goin loo so often even when i drink a little. With that, my skin is gettin dehydrated and it worsen since i'm stayin in an air conditioned place everyday. I've finally found the best serum tat i've ever gotten for my senstive skin.... tat is Hyaluronic acid From the Face Shop. I've gotten alot of stuff from Face shop and non suited me. Its either i'll have outbreaks or face gettin v oily after using the pdts or there's simply no effect after usage. However, for the Hyalyronic acid, its like instant effect!! After applying it, it simply gets absorbed very fast and my skin feels tender and not as scaly as before. The best part is tat this pdt is suitable for sensitive skin!! Which means... its not very rich for sensitive skin and yet it maximize the amount of water retention!! Yippie....

A Night At Timbre

PART I

I met up with my JC frenz at Timbre last weekend. I muz say its rather enjoyable... think the main factor was the ambience over there. There's music all night long and thus, there won't be any awkward silence for anyone. Anyhow, the limelight was on Zequan that night. He went up on stage (was sabohed by us) to sing not a song or two but THREE songs in all. Woo.... he proven impressive tat night as he was invited to sing 2 other songs by the host that night. Unfortunately, i wasn't able to upload the video - too big size. Stupid blogspot has its limitations!

Another thing u may wonder, why there is a part I. Hee..... It's becoz u will realise my hairstyle changed from Part I to II. Coz i went for a haircut. Din really like my new haircut though....looks abit toot i feel. Hahaha.... Nonetheless, i am very happy to get rid of those grass of mine!

Buffet @ East Coast

Buffet @ East coast..... Yippie! It was a Sunday morning and we've made a reservation earlier for an ala carte buffet at east coast restaurant (The Seafood International buffet). They have lotsa variety... abt 40 varieties. However the quantity for each dish is like a mouthful only. So the main point is to try as many variety as possible!! Its quite affordable - below $30 per pax, has a nice environment(indoor and outdoor sitting) and most importantly, the food is YUMMY!! Recommended for families who wants cheap n good food! Not so much for couples unless u really can eat alot! Hahaha....

After eating, we went to fish therapy cum massage... woooo...

The fish spa was very interesting, however, after i went to the one at Bugis street, i realise this one i had was no kick at all. The one at bugis street are like piranas.... they come in swams and once yr feet are in the water, u basically can't see them anymore. Hahaha.... the fishes are super hungry looking lo. So scary at the beginning... but after sometime, its jus a ticklish feel. Go try, there's discount for students too!!

Baby's 25th birthday @ CARNIVORE

17th Oct 2008 - It's baby's 25th birthday and i've booked a table for 2 at Carnivore! Super excited, its gonna be our 1st time there and i heard from Zoe (it was her recommendation) that it has a very nice ambience and of coz.... from the name of the restaurant, you know its all abou MEAT MEAT MEAT, rou rou rou!

The Motor show 2008

Me and baby went to the Motor show held at Suntec last month. Muz say... we are really disappointed this time round. Compared to last year's Motor show, the variety of cars were down by half, eye catching ones... 1 or 2 only and not mentioning the show gals, half strength, half the pretty but double the sluttness!! Haha.... At least that was wad i think, perhaps u can see from yourself the pictures below.

As usual, my main objective of goin to Motor show is just to take pictures of nice cars and show gals (as u can see, i mention "nice" cars but not "pretty" show gals.) Hee... But for the ah pek out there, its obvious wad was their objectives. Perhaps they should station ppl outside to do a survey of which cars did the ah pek like in the motorshow..... u won't be surprise to get answers like "eh, nv take note leh..", "er..... dunno, din observe", "oh, tat one lo...beside the lady who wears green one, aiya cannot rem wad model."

It was a Sunday, the day of the F1 race.... we were both very excited and decided to rush home to catch it on tv. Btw, i dun really like Lewis Hamilton, dunno wad's the hype abt him anyway. I know he race well, 1st black guy, young.... bla bla... so? Still, Alonso won wad! Hahaha.... ok la, Alonso was real lucky tat nite. I mean look at ferrari team, felipe n gang? They were so screwed up. And tat guy who won 2nd place..... wad's his name again? Rosberg dunno wad..... thk he din won any race before oso n can win this time round. Nonetheless, he looks like leonardo dicaprio @ at glance ya. heee.... tat's somethin i notice abt him.
